Present Connection has acquired Lithuanian software development company Xplicity, strengthening its position as a technology partner in Lithuania and the Netherlands and expanding its international software engineering capabilities.
The acquisition comes at a time when the software development market is rapidly evolving. As part of the next phase, Rokas Jankauskas will take over the role of Managing Director of Xplicity.
