The Challenge

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for both accounting and administrative tasks? Present Connection is seeking a proactive and reliable Junior Accountant and Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team in Kaunas, Lithuania. 

We are looking for someone who is meticulous with numbers, excels at managing documents, and thrives in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities

  • Timely Accounting Entries: Ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable, importing payments from accounting system to the bank, issuing invoices. 
  • Preparation of personnel documentation: Assisting in the creation and processing of personnel orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 
  • Annual Inventory Data Processing: Assisting in the organization and processing of data related to the annual inventory count. 
  • HR Accounting Support: Assisting in accounting tasks related to human resources, such as tracking staff holidays, monitoring absence balances, and updating employee records as necessary.
  • Document Management and Digitization: Managing documents effectively, optimizing workflows. 
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Carrying out additional duties as assigned by the direct manager, which may include tasks related to financial reporting, analysis, or special projects. 
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance, ensuring the accurate flow of documents within the organization, and maintaining confidentiality as required. 

What We Expect

  • Educational Background: Higher education degree. 
  • Technological Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using accounting software, such as “Rivile”, and familiarity with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Organization and Initiative: Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and take initiative when needed. 
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously handle financial data and administrative tasks with precision. 
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes, software, and responsibilities.

    The gross salary in this position is 1300-1700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open
    to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
